Hamas say Israel has declared war

"On Thursday, acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert announced his plans to set Israel’s permanent borders by 2010 through unilateral withdrawals from the occupied West Bank. Meshaal, the Damascus-based political chief, described Olmert’s plan as a “declaration of war against the Palestinian people.”"This is not a peace plan, but a war declaration, which will permit Israel to stay in the largest section of the West Bank, to maintain their wall and settlements, to refuse all concessions on Jerusalem and to reject the Palestinians' right of return,” Meshaal said.
Washington officials prefer a negotiated settlement in favor of any decisive action by Olmert.
This is another story to watch, as the fate of Jerusalem hangs in the balance.

I think we should take the borders that the Torah states belongs to us, and then anything we have conquered since then, such as parts of Syria, and etc.

You know, I used to think that way. I would always say "The land is ours, let's take it and kick out everybody else", and I thought my actions were supported by Torah. But then, I died, and now I'm stuck in a vat of boiling goat blood. So what did i learn from this experience? The land belongs to Hashem, and we can't take it unless we do it His way; we also cannot twist the Torah to serve our own desires, even if we think we are right, and goats blood smells bad.

Hamas considers Israel's attempt at peace as a declaration of war. And yet, the Hamas covenant advocates the destruction of Israel, and deems all of ha'aretz an Islamic waqif that must be governed under Islamic law. Not even a Jewish state the size of my small Manhattan aparment is acceptable.
Hamas even believes the very land of ha'aretz will join them in their "holy" purpose of annihilating the Jewish people. The genocidal prophecy is a hadith attributed to their prophet:
"The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.
The world must understand that for Hamas the very existence of a single Jewish person is a declaration of war.
